Yes. Every single car and van in the AR Global Services fleet is 100% compliant with London's Ultra Low Emission Zone. You will never see a hidden ULEZ surcharge on your invoice.
Yes. All our medium, large, and Luton vans are equipped with heavy-duty ratchet straps and transit blankets to ensure fragile goods and furniture are secured safely during transit.
For insurance and liability reasons, we cannot transport passengers in the cab of our commercial vehicles. You will need to arrange your own transport to the delivery destination.
Safety and legal compliance are our top priorities. If a load exceeds the legal payload capacity of the dispatched van, the driver cannot legally transport it. Please be as accurate as possible with weights when booking so we can send the correct class of vehicle.
